LIC is going to give a discount of Rs 60 to its policyholders in the IPO. Retail investors and LIC employees will be given a discount of Rs 40 per share. LIC's IPO can open on May 4 and close on May 9. LIC IPO may open on 2 May for anchor investors.



Rajat Sharma, a stock market expert and founder and CEO of Sana Securities, says that instead of participating in LIC's IPO, investors should decide to invest in LIC after LIC is listed in the stock market.
