SUZUKI GSX-8R Launch Date: Suzuki MotorCorp has showcased its new offering SUZUKI GSX-8R at the EICMA 2023 show. Besides, its specifications have also been put forward.  No official information has been revealed yet about the launch of SUZUKI GSX-8R. However, Yamaha has shared its official video on social media. According to experts, it is likely to be launched in India by the end of 2024. Talking about its price, it can be launched in the Indian market at a price between Rs 9.30 lakh to Rs 11 lakh ex-showroom. Suzuki has shared information about its features and specifications, about which we are going to tell further.

 The 2023 GSX-8R has been designed to give a sporty look with its sharp grille. The front end features sharp body panels, a transparent visor and ducted intakes on the sides of the headlights. You are going to get stacked projector LED headlamp in its headlight. Along with this, it gets muscular fuel tank body and split style sheet. It is completely designed in sporty look. In this, the handlebar has been kept high and the rider triangle is also straight.

 The company claims that this riding position “provides a plugged-in riding experience. Which provides comfort to the rider. You may be able to travel on your bike while still having the additional wind protection of the vent and windscreen. It is being told that the rider's seat has been designed for sporty riding. Due to which the rider gets good freedom of movement. The height of the rider's seat is 810mm.

SUZUKI GSX-8R Suspension and brakes

 Suzuki's new motorcycle features a more concentrated suspension setup using a separate function fork at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear. And the braking duties are handled by 4-piston Nissin callipers at the front which are mated to a 310mm disc brake and at the rear, there is a single 240mm disc brake mated to single piston callipers.

 For driver safety, the GSX-8R features a Suzuki Drive Mode Selector with setting modes – A, B and C mode. Apart from this, safety features like traction control for different throttle responses and three modes for basic (not cornering) ABS, quickshifter, bi-direction quick shifter are being offered.

 SUZUKI GSX-8R Engine

 As far as the engine of the GSX-8R is concerned, a parallel twin 776 cm3 DOHC, 4-valve-per-cylinder engine is being used in it. At present, the specific data of its engine has not been revealed yet.
